MyTobaccoStudy is a new research program conducted in The Czech Republic and other European countries by KANTAR for BAT.

You will be invited via email to take part in periodical short online surveys over a period of 12 months.

As a thank you for your participation, you can receive up to 1600 CZK total, in the form of ALZA vouchers.

To be eligible to sign up to our survey, please verify that:

• You are of 18 years, 6 months of age and above.
• Your glo™ device was purchased in the last 30 days.
• This is your first glo™ device.

You will accumulate incentives for each survey, transferred to you after the 3^rd, 6^th, 9^th and the last study.
